3. Conditions of the delivery of Software at Authorised Software Reseller webshop.

5. Auxiliary Costs

6. Defeasance of order. Moneyback Policy.
6.1. Your payment will be returned in following situations:
6.1.1. The downloading of software is impossible for the reason of computer problems.
6.1.2. If you do not need the software anymore and you haven't started the process of downloading yet.
6.1.3. Problems, which can not be solved after directing to Technical Support Department, occurred during the installation and Support Representative recognizes impossibility to help you; the product which you have purchased does not work properly and you have a confirmation about mistake from a Support Department.
6.1.4. Another subject which is accepted to be important by our Client Service.
6.2. We keep the right to cancel the transaction without the preliminary notice in the following cases:
6.2.1. You did not make download within 10 days.
6.2.2. In case if Authorised Software Reseller has a foundation to regard the deal illegal.
6.3. Your whole payment will not be returned in the following cases:
6.3.1. You bought the software but your computer does not assort the minimal technical demands. According to this agreement by making a buy you confirm that you got acquainted with the main demands of the software product on our site before.

6.4. Technical opportunities of the processing center do not permit to return pay in installments.

The exchange of product, the return of payment or part of it is not possible, if the software was loaded, but did not meet the expectations of the user.
7. Chargeback Policy
7.1. All disagreements and debates can be resolved by addressing the Support Department. Chargeback?s are not welcome.
7.2. In situation a chargeback is raised by you in connection with your order, you may be locked from reordering from Authorised Software Reseller and all associated sites.
7.3. Please make sure that your email works, it is your accountability for correct communication with Authorised Software Reseller. Particularly pay attention for email address obtains from Hotmail and Yahoo.
7.4. Authorised Software Reseller is not accountable for the malfunction to the mail and the inability to receive messages because of the presence of the spam filter on your side. Particularly note that this is not the motive for raising chargeback.
7.5. In situation of a chargeback in accordance with your order, Authorised Software Reseller will:
